Certifications and sustainability in exhibition stand design and event booth setups: our mission statement has a green impact
Our commitment to sustainability was created to promote solutions that reduce environmental, social, and economic impact, with the goal of improving people's daily lives, through the choice to produce and create trade show booths and event set-ups in a responsible manner.
We do this by valuing people, promoting sustainability and bringing innovation through concrete actions and involving stakeholders to find solutions that simplify and inspire the creativity of our clients.
We are guided by the implementation of responsible and sustainable practices and technological innovation when producing the elements we use. Every product made for trade shows booths and event set-ups is in line with the core ESG principles of sustainability - Environmental, Social, and Governance - and the Safety and Security principles.

Fontemaggi's 8 R's: guidelines we choose every day in our work as exhibition designers
The 8 R's of Fontemaggi represent the guidelines of our mission statement. They allow us to concretely integrate and renew, day after day, the principles of sustainability while striving for excellence in the field of the setup of trade show booths and events.
We decline the concept of respect in everything we do, putting a focus on sustainability for the planet, nature, the environment, the next generation, society, our customers, our suppliers, our employees, and ourselves.
We have redesigned and reshaped our structure in every process, from creation to production with a focus on environmental sustainability and a spirit of collaboration among people.
For us, sustainability complements and supports a solid waste reduction policy. That is why we pay attention to the careful and responsible use of resources and materials for all stages of the production of exhibition stand designs.
An exhibition booth has, by its very nature, a limited lifespan. In our better world, we strive to make durable, professionally made elements that can be reused and repurposed for different projects.
We give new life to things by personalizing and repurposing the absolutely excellent elements and products that would otherwise be no longer used. Extending the life cycle of our setups means fulfilling the needs of our customers while contributing to the preservation of the planet.
Our craftsmen repair damaged products that are beginning to show signs of wear and tear. Such products are renewed and become fully functional again.
The result of our work continues to be used making many different environments beautiful. The rental service avoids the production of new equipment for conferences, exhibition stand designs, showrooms and events.
Our production cycle is completed when our products are disassembled and divided according to the materials they are made of so that they can contribute to the creation of other objects, for other uses, for other customers, for other people.

The exhibition design industry is based on concepts of speed and quickness only made possible by road transport.
To help improve the quality of the air we all breathe, we have chosen to:
- Rely on transport partners who aim to reduce CO2 emissions
- actively contribute to reducing the "carbon footprint"
- plant a tree for every trade show we take our products to via road transport thanks to our partner Up2You.
