According to Art. 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 we inform you that this Company – Fontemaggi Srl – necessarily deals with the treatment of all data received by those people submitting their job applications. All data appearing in files pertaining to each application will be treated either electronically, magnetically, through telecommunications or on paper with the only purpose of evaluating the possibility of beginning a contractual relation. The aforementioned data could include sensible information on the candidate’s health situation. Data will be held for no longer than 3 years, then they will be deleted. Each candidate has the option to withhold information s/he does not desire to share, but such reticence will prevent this Company from inserting the candidate’s data in its archive, thus forestalling any possible business development. In no case data will be shared with a third party: eventually, they will exclusively be used by this Company for staff search purposes. Data will be viewed and evaluated only by this Company’s Administration/Human Resources Personnel, who are the ones in charge of data treatment.
